Secular Recovery

We are AA. This group is for those with a desire to stop drinking and those looking for recovery that is not religiously based.

Meditation

Meditation is a cornerstone of our meeting. Don’t meditate? That’s OK! Join us anyway.

Stoicism

We explore methods of recovery through analysis of the Stoics. Our meeting includes a reading from The Daily Stoic, 366 Meditations on Wisdom, Perseverance, and the Art of Living By Ryan Holiday
